I’m am beyond grateful that I found Amanda, she is very professional & so gifted with her training, I had the hardest time deciding what my next steps were after I had used 2 other trainers, she surpassed my expectations, She showed us how to treat train on walks & patiently worked with our dog sitter as well, both of my dogs loved her, I’m forever grateful.

My pet sitter referred me to Amanda; I figured she would know who was good and boy, was she right. I had not had a young puppy and wanted to be certain we got established and good communication/ training off the bat. So glad I did.  Amanda came to our home. Amanda held complete attention from the dogs from the get go. Answered all our questions – some more than once.  Practiced the commands under her supervision using a mix of vocal and gestural direction.  

We are letting puppy age up a little, get through teething, and make sure we have the phase one commands down, before we start next level with Amanda. We are training a service dog, so she needs some advanced skills. I think we are doing something right though, when we went for the first time to Beyond Pets, our trusted vet, his staff was amazed at how well behaved this 5 month old puppy was.  Even other dog owners commented on how good she was behaving and listening to us. 

Amanda does not train the dog though – she teaches you how to communicate and train the dog– and that I think is more valuable.  She has my highest recommendation.

Amanda has been super helpful and successful in assisting us with training our now 5 month old Morkiepoo. We have seen a huge improvement in Coco’s behavior! The puppy biting has calmed down tremendously and Coco is potty trained! The potty training was the most frustrating thing for me but with Amanda’s advice and my patience and consistency, I am able to truly enjoy my sweet puppy! Amanda’s advice, tips and tricks are things that I would have never thought of in training a puppy, so the sessions were truly valuable. And let me not forget the in home sessions that Amanda offers! With my busy schedule, having Amanda come to my home was truly a needed option. With Amanda’s knowledge and expertise, plus her individualized training plans, Coco has truly advanced to the point where she is only in her crate for bedtime at night.
